Editorial standards

Useful advice, authentic customer experiences, and clear attribution.

What we publish

The Socialjuice blog shares practical guides to reviews, video testimonials, social proof, and customer stories. Socialjuice publishes these articles and sells tools for collecting and sharing testimonials.

Authenticity and permission

Customer stories should represent real experiences. Get permission before publishing an identifiable customer’s words, image, or video. Do not invent reviews or present examples as actual customer endorsements.

Sources and examples

Link to original sources for factual claims where available. Templates and examples are starting points to adapt to your business; they are not promises of a particular conversion rate or business result.

Authors and updates

Author names reflect the attribution supplied with each article. Publication dates identify when an article was published; update dates reflect changes to its source record. An update date does not imply an independent expert review.

Corrections

If you spot an error, contact support@socialjuice.io with the article link and the detail that needs correction.
