Your visitors are already on your website. The widget asks them at the right moment, and does the writing for them.

In the corner of every page, in your colours and with your logo. It can wait for a click or open by itself after a few seconds.

Socialjuice AI interviews
It asks about six short, friendly questions, checks if there’s anything to add, and writes a review in the visitor’s own words. They approve or edit it.

- Start the AI interview straight away, or ask for a star rating first with the review gate.
- Opens when you want
- On click only, or by itself after 5 to 60 seconds. It never nags: close it once and it waits 3 days.

Questions
Does it slow down my website?
No. The script is tiny and loads after your page. The chat itself only loads when a visitor shows interest in the bubble.
How is this different from the AI chat link?
It’s the same Socialjuice AI interview. The chat link is a page you send to customers; the widget brings that chat to the people already on your website.
What happens with the star rating?
With the review gate on, good ratings open your Google (or other) review page in a new tab. Lower ratings go into the AI chat, so you hear what went wrong privately.
Can I open it from my own button?
Yes. Add data-socialjuice-ai-open to any button or link, or call SocialJuiceAI.open() from your own code.
Do I need to change the code when I change settings?
No. Paste it once. Colour, mode and timing changes in your dashboard show up on your website within minutes.
