Choose what belongs in a space
A space is a separate collection of testimonials with its own public pages, forms, widgets, branding, and settings. Use separate spaces when brands or clients need different review libraries. Use labels when you only need to group testimonials within the same brand.
Create your space
- Open Spaces from the Socialjuice logo or the workspace switcher at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar.
- Choose New space. Enter the requested space details and choose an available public slug. Check spelling before saving: this slug identifies your public page.
- Open the new space and visit Workspace settings to check its name and branding. Then open Collection forms to preview the page customers will see.
Switch spaces and check access
Use the workspace switcher to return to Spaces, then open the space you need. Before editing a form, importing reviews, or copying a widget, confirm you are in the correct space.
The number of spaces and team access depend on the owner’s plan. If creation is unavailable, review your account limits. A team member may be able to view a space without being allowed to create or delete it.
