Import reviews from other platforms

Choose the correct import route

Open Import reviews in the sidebar. The available sources include platform-specific importers and options for manually adding text or uploading supported files. Import requirements differ by source: a business URL, a review URL, and a CSV file are not interchangeable.

Import and review

1. Select the correct space before importing. Choose the source that matches where the original review is published.
2. Follow the importer’s fields and instructions. For manual text, preserve the author’s original wording and provide accurate attribution. For CSV, use the field mapping and format requested in the dialog.
3. Start the import and allow it to finish. Large sources can take longer than a single manual review. Do not submit the same job repeatedly while it is still running.
4. Open All testimonials and check imported text, author details, source links, and duplicates. Decide which testimonials to make public before adding them to widgets.

If the import fails

Confirm the source URL is public and belongs to the correct business. A platform can change its availability or require a different import route. Try the specific manual importer when appropriate, or contact support with the source and error message.

Only import and republish content you have the right to use. Importing does not override the source platform’s terms or the reviewer’s rights.
